What does 25% off retail prices
mean?
All my prices--except for pieces further discounted at the
"Outlet"--are 25% off compared to full prices at retail stores. Therefore, you'll pay less if you shop on my website!
How do I place an order on your website?
Select the item(s) you would like to purchase and use the "add to cart" and
"check out" buttons. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. You will have an
option to use your credit card or to login to your PayPal account if you have one. PayPal is the safest way of making purchases
on line without exposing your financial information. To learn more you can visit www.paypal.com
If you are paying with personal check, please contact me to
confirm your grand total plus taxes and shipping/handling if applicable and provide you with my shipping address.
Can I order 2 or more of an identical style?
All my jewelry is one-of-a-kind. If you would like two or
more of the same item, please send me an email with your request.
What kind of payments do you accept?
I accept Credit Card payments (thru PayPal secure shopping cart), PayPal & personal
check.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is FREE on purchases
$35 and over --otherwise $3.00
I ship USPS Priority or First Class with Delivery confirmation.
When I mail your order, you'll receive an email from me with the tracking number
and estimated delivery date of your package.
How
soon will I receive my order?
Most items ship within 2 days of placing the order and they usually take 2-3 business days to be delivered.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is applicable only to Colorado residents. For Out of State residents, there
is no sales tax.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase you can request withing
10 days of purchase an exchange of equal or greater amount or an alteration. Sorry, no returns or refunds.
Sale items, custom and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Please contact me for further instructions. Shipping
fees are not refundable either.
What if my jewelry needs to be repaired?
I will gladly repair your "Dolce de Leti" for a
lifetime. In the event you lost some parts, a nominal charge may apply. In most cases, repairs are free of charge and done
within a week. You will be responsible for the return shipping only. Contact me for further instructions before you ship your
item.
I lost/broke one earring. Can you make another one?
Before you mail it to me, I will ask you to send me a picture
of the remaining earring to make sure I have stones to match it. Cost would be half the price of the pair plus shipping (and
taxes if applicable.)
Do you sell gift certificates?
Not yet.
How do I redeem my coupon?
The current set-up does not allow entering coupons or gift certificates upon check-out. I apologize
for this inconvenient. If you received a coupon and would like to apply it to your purchase, first you need to place the order,
send me a short email reminder and then I will refund back the discounted amount to the Credit Card of PayPal account you
used.
What is your privacy policy?
All your personal information is kept strictly confidential.
"Dolce de Leti" does not rent or sell your personal information to anyone.
